組織として、顧客や市場への価値創出及びマーケットリーダーになるためのベストプラクティスをDevOpsの観点から検討します。DevOpsに興味をお持ちで、組織への普及や改善を検討されている、有志の集まりになります。

活動内容は、課題やその解決策を検討かつ共有し、グループの知見を高めます。（一部英語）

DevOps has proven to help bring business requirements to production faster, all while decreasing costs and improving quality. This is accomplished with a simple idea: increase collaboration across teams while automating processes. To implement DevOps successfully, proper tools and technology are important, but people and culture are absolutely essential. This group will focus on ways to help organizations develop the skills and culture needed to implement and improve DevOps processes. Each meeting will feature 2-3 speakers who will talk about DevOps Skill and Culture Building through technologies, case studies, organizational activities, and communities. Although the primarily language will be Japanese, some presentations will be in English, by foreigners. Consecutive EN->JP translation will be provided. After each event, there will be a networking party.
